Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- The reservation guarantee must be received 30 days prior to the arrival date. After this time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. After this time, we are not able to refund payments.
- No refund will be applied if nights reserved are not all totally used.
- No cancellation or modification applies within the 30 days prior the arrival date.
- Due to reasons out of our control we are not accepting Traveler´s checks at this time
